Carrot Bisque

Product Type:Juice: Smoothie; Container:
BevNET Review: Like the Gazpacho, there's just too much salt to this product. This is further compounded by the relatively weak carrot flavor, which makes for a taste that's way too bland for our liking. We'd suggesting thinning it out a bit and getting a more pronounced carrot flavor, even if it means the addition of flavoring. As for the branding, we think that the word "bisque" sends a confusing message to a consumer that is presented with a sea of options. Otherwise, we wouldn't change the outside of the bottle -- it's an appealing package that definitely stands out.Reviewed on: 8/21/2007

Gazpacho

Product Type:Juice: Smoothie; Container:
BevNET Review: For a product that's supposed to be a smoothie rather than a soup, this product sure does look and feel a lot like soup. Starting with the packaging, which prominently features tomatoes and the name "Gazpacho". The formulation isn't much different. It features a rather salty tasting body that's more of a gazpacho puree than a true gazpacho. There's not enough "tart" or "tang" to this product -- and way too much salt. Overall, an interesting and innovative concept, but the execution needs some help.Reviewed on: 8/21/2007

Mango Melange

Product Type:Juice: Smoothie; Container:
BevNET Review: The lone fruit blend to the lineup, Mango Melange is also the best tasting flavor of the brand. Using a mellow base of mango, coconut, peach, and apple, the product has a complex taste that's very understated. Perhaps consumers won't notice, but the thickness of the product is definitely unnatural to the point of interfering with the enjoyment of the product.Reviewed on: 8/21/2007
