Hangover Gone, which, due to the color difference on the letters, could also be read "Hang On," is a 30 calorie anti hangover shot that is sweetened with a blend of sugar and sucralose. The sour cherry flavor is immediately tart on the taste buds but unfortunately gives way to an unappealing medicinal aftertaste. Likely, this is the result of the artificial sweetener clashing with their choice of flavor and the proprietary blend of functional ingredients.(which includes dextrose, milk thistle, artichoke extract and more). Fortunately, it comes in a 2 oz. shot, which helps get it down the throat quickly in order to ingest the recovery elements. Hangover Gone is packaged like most any 2 oz. shot on the market, with no overly unique design elements. The label's treatment of the brand name displays two names simultaneously through the use of colors -- “Hangover Gone” and “Hang On.” Unfortunately, we don't really see the purpose of this approach. Overall, it's definitely not the best hangover recovery product that we've had, but we think that it can probably still sell if it gets placement right at the counter. However, improving the package and the taste would definitely help this product.
