Hansen's Natural Sparkling Waters: Blueberry Pomegranate

BevNET Review: Given pomegranate's popularity in the past couple of years, this was the first flavor that we tried. The clear carbonated liquid ("sparkling water") has a sweet fruit flavor, which gets a passing grade as far as blueberry pomegranate flavors go. There's 90 calories to this stuff, which puts it below the typical calories per liquid ounce of a CSD. Packaging is a clean modern looking 10.5 oz slim can, which is definitely the most attractive work product in the Hansen "Natural" line to date. We like the taste of the product and really like the look -- but will consumers perceive it as being similar to a CSD? It's hard to say, but this effort is the most creative and enjoyable one that we've seen to date.
