BevNET Review: Hansen's Signature Vanilla Creme is a micro-brewed gourmet soda that uses "only the finest ingredients", including cane sugar, clover honey, and a blend of Madagascan, Indonesian, and Tahitian Vanilla Extract. The vanilla flavor is mildly sweet and very clean. Overall, a quality beverage. The 14oz glass bottle is very unique, but not as eye catching as it could be.

Despite the claimed quality ingredients, something's still missing

It has that mass produced taste to it even though they use organic foods, and cane sugar. Products only need to contain 75% organic foods to display the lable, and that could be part of the problem. I was hot and thirsty when I tried this in a frosted mug, and it still wasn't great. It lacks a true creamy taste that you could find in Virgils, Dr. Browns, or even Hanks.

The soda has a good creaminess, but the vanilla flavor is too odd for me.

Just great. My Son & I just love your signature soda. We've been able to find it in Missouri but have't yet found where we can get it here in Wisconsin. Hope to see it soon.

This was a refreshing and clean taste. An unexpected rarity in sodas. I enjoyed it so much a little was used when I made french toast and some for pancakes with the results being delicious. Hansens makes a resounding success with me as this soda is one i traveled 52 miles to get. It tickled my taste buds and the flavors exploded as i drank it. It was not too sweet it had just enough dryness to make it a truly enjoyable drink. Alone, in foods or with them with their soda line Hansen's has achieved another success. Now if I just didn't have to drive so far it would get 5 stars!
