Manufacturer's Brand Overview [Edit]

Hawaiian Springs Young Natural Artesian Water-- Pure and fresh arctic moisture travels thousands of miles on the trade winds to Hawaii, the most isolated land mass on earth. Converted to bountiful rain or snow as it hits Mauna Loa, the water percolates through nature's ideal filter - 13,000 feet of newly formed porous lava for added purity. From rainfall to bottle in about 30 days, this young water is free from the contaminants that may accumulate in waters sitting underground for extended periods of time. The short journey allows it to be naturally enhanced with electrolytes, while maintaining a low mineral content of 91 TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) and a slightly alkaline pH of 7.7 giving it its refreshingly soft taste with a hint of sweetness. Hawaiian Springs bottles at the source in the finest European tradition to ensure quality and purity. Our water requires no heavy filtration to make it crystal clear and consistently tests at .01 or below on a scientific clarity scale of 0 to 10. In addition to purity, the mountains on the big island of Hawaii create a virtually inexhaustible source by capturing almost 200 inches of rain per year. According to the State of Hawaii, our Mauna Loa aquifer system has a daily sustainable yield of 1.2 billion gallons per day. That's enough pure water to satisfy the bottled water needs of America in about a week, and the world's in about a month. In 2008, Hawaiian Springs, LLC. completely redesigned its packaging. A new PET bottle shape, color tint and series of labels were created around expressing the reverence for the natural beauty of Hawaii, the world-renowned quality of the water, and education on Hawaii's endangered species and ecosystem. Hawaii is home to almost 30% of the USA's endangered species and has lost a higher percentage of its native species than anywhere else on the planet. The initial labels feature three endemic Hawaiian flowers - the Red Ilima, the Nanu and the 'Ohia lehua. Label images on all the bottle sizes (330mL, 500mL, 750mL, 1.0 Liter and 1.5 Liter) rotate every 400-800 cases. This unique approach enhances the educational value and shelf impact of the product line. Over time, other species will be added to the line-up. Hawaiian Springs, LLC. is committed to supporting organizations that preserve native Hawaiian species and serves on the Corporate Council for the Environment for the Nature Conservancy in Hawaii.
