Lemonade, the flagship flavor of the Honest Summer Refreshers line, is nice version of the classic juice beverage. It’s made with 8 percent lemon juice from concentrate and is sweetened with Fair Trade and USDA Organic sugar. Beyond that, the product contains lemon extract, organic natural flavors and ascorbic acid. The flavor is quite enjoyable, although it’s on par with other brands that are offering products in the same segment of the lemonade category. Still, there’s certainly some merit to it being a part of the Honest Tea family AND coming in a larger 32 oz. format. On the branding and packaging front, the company has done a really nice job with the label design. It looks like part of the Honest Tea brand, but it also feels more mature and polished than some of the larger format products that it competes with. All in all, this product isn’t necessarily breaking any new ground, but the execution is solid and the enjoyment factor is very high.
