BevNET Review: Italian Organics' (IO) Organic Sicilian Blood Orange Juice is a super premium juice entry that, as the name states, made with blood orange juice. In this case, they've used it in both concentrate and not from concentrate forms, which gives the drink a fuller, more tart body than other blood orange juices that we've sampled. While it's hard to say that more tart and body are pleasing to the palate, it certainly tastes higher quality. Packaging, on the other hand, starts off with a bang, delivering an eye popping slice of a blood orange. Unfortunately, it goes downhill after that, with a jumbled front panel and a poor choice of type treatment making things rough on the eyes. In addition, we'd suggest trimming the name to "Italian Organics Blood Orange Juice", placing "Imported from Sicily" in place of the "More Vitamin C," and chopping the text on the bottom (or at least making it readable). Overall, high quality on the inside of the bottle, but some cleanup is needed to make it resonate on the outside.Reviewed on: 10/15/2008
