BevNET Review: Oolong Shot uses real brewed oolong tea (aka blue tea) in an unsweetened format that's packaged in a 6.4 ounce steel can that promotes the polyphenol content of the product. While the quality of the oolong tea is second to none (that's what ITO EN is known for), calling this product a shot is a definite misnomer. The nutty and smoky flavor of the oolong is enjoyable, but this is more like a "small cup of tea" than a shot, plus "shot" implies some sort of functionality that simply doesn't exist in straight tea. Promoting the natural antioxidants is certainly a wise move, but we'd suggest using a different name to describe the product. Overall, exceptional quality tea with misaligned marketing.
