Review: Kids Coconut Water w/Banana

Of the the three fruit flavors that make up the Jax Coco Kidz line, this one, Banana, is the only one that was successful. The other two, Calamansi and Guyabano, neither taste good nor are marketable flavors. As for this one, the blend of coconut water, banana and coconut sugar tastes surprisingly good, which certainly makes us wonder why we haven’t seen the combination before. It’s a satisfying flavor, although it’s much bolder than the company's straight coconut water and is, therefore, slightly less thirst-quenching. Packaging is a clunky 100 mL (3.38 oz.) wedge-shaped carton with an attached straw. Aside from being small, we had difficulty with the straw and getting some of the containers to stand upright. Hopefully Jax Coco can work those kinks out. Otherwise, the branding takes a playful approach, which is fine, but the branding doesn’t feel overly memorable in its current form. Overall, it’s a good product, but there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement.
