BevNET Review: Diet Chocolate has been reformulated to use a blend of acesulfame potassium and sucralose to attempt to reduce the aftertaste. Boy, did it work! This product is quite better than the old version (we found a bottle to compare it to) and it's much closer to the original. The aftertaste is very minimal and the rich chocolate flavor definitely helps to hide it. Plus, we like the change in label over the old white style label -- it doesn't have as much of a "diet" look to it anymore. Overall, a vast improvement over the first version -- and definitely near the top of our list in terms of diet chocolate beverages.

Throughout High School, I worked behind the counter of a small, family run lunchenette. One of my jobs was making egg creams. This product so much reminds me of those that I prepared. More importantly, since becoming a diabetic, I can now enjoy a drink that I once loved.

Terrible aftertaste that goes beyond other diets. I can't finish 1 bottle.

THIS IS THE BEST SOADA I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY 55 YRS OF BEING A DIET SODA CONSUMER I BUY IT BY THE CASE FROM AMAZON BUT CANNOT GET IT AS READILY THESE DAYS. SOMEONE MUST HAVE ALSO DISCOVERED THIS TREASURE. AT ONLY 20 CALORIES PER BOTTLE U WOULD SWEAR THIS AIN'T NO DIET BEV. TASTES SO GOOD MAKE YA WANNA SLAP UR MAMA! ( MY CAJUN HERITIDGE IS SHOWING ! LOL! This flavor works so much better regular than as a diet, but it still tastes good.
