BevNET Review: Made by Joseph James Brewing Company, a craft brewer out of Henderson, NV, Joe's Cola is a super premium 100 percent natural cola. The flavor is quite good, with a sugary sweetness, modest cola flavor, and a clean finish. The carbonation is pretty light compared to mainstream colas, which is another nice point of differentiation. Ultimately, it’s the simplicity of the formulation that really makes this product enjoyable. The presentation is very clean and intuitive, with a label that is easy to read and, aside from the purple, has a Western vibe to it. One thing that’s interesting is the mention of the product being “fire brewed,” which has no explanation whatsoever (maybe fire was used to heat the kettle where this product was mixed?)
