BevNET Review: With a not-too-sweet finish, Joker Mad Energy & Juice once again shows the mastery of the energy juice mix pioneered by its parent company, Hansen’s Naturals. Sure, this isn’t good for you; but it’s packed with mango, passionfruit, and pear flavors that completely combine with the energy drink taste to create a beverage that has that great “melted popsicle” flavor that characterizes a good hybrid. As for the packaging, well, we think they’ve come up with a deliciously evil drawing of an evil jester waving a skull-topped cane, and the straightforward orange can has an uncomplicated appeal. The only real drawback is the script, which looks like it might belong on a less polished product than the one we got to taste – Joker is good enough to not be positioned as a knockoff, but rather as the real thing.Reviewed on: 2/23/2007
