BevNET Review: When we first saw the brightly colored fluid that is Jones Green Apple, we were expecting a strong candy like flavor. Well, looks can certainly be deceiving. Green Apple does have a candy flavor, but it's a mellow one, resulting in a flavor that is refreshing and enjoyable. The color is a bit intense, especially if you consume the whole bottle (you'll end up with a green tongue), but otherwise we wouldn't change a thing about this product.

I tried this one. I was not happy with the taste. The Blue Bubblegum soda from Jones is much better.

I tried this back in the HFCS days and found it too sweet, syrupy, and gimmicky. However, having run across it again now that Jones has made the switch to pure cane sugar, I decided to give it another shot and am VERY glad I did. With the exception of the rather lurid color (which, to be fair, is in keeping with the company's somewhat funky profile), this is perfect. It's just sweet enough, the flavor is vivid, natural, and slightly tart, and the carbonation level is perfect. It's great on its own but is also yummy with a meal; it's an especially refreshing summer beverage. I can't wait to try the cream soda next (my vendor has a rather limited selection)!
