Compared with the countless other “natural” coconut waters that we’ve sampled, this one tastes noticeably different. The best way that we can describe it is that the balance of sweet and salty seems to be off, with the sweet being much more dominant. Whether that’s the result of using coconut water from concentrate (and from what are supposedly coconuts from India), addition of kokum berry extract (which also serves as a natural preservative), or something else, we can’t tell you. However, the flavor isn’t up to par with the competition's. On the packaging front, it’s fine, but doesn’t jump out at you more than other products on the shelves today (unless you are very focused on glass packaging). Overall, we think that this product needs to do a better job of having a selling point that makes it stand out from the cluttered coconut water category.
