BevNET Review: Killer Buzz bills itself as a "sustained energy drink," due to its use of 17 amino acids, including the giant hornet amino acid (a delicacy in sections of Japan that has claims for increased endurance), B vitamins, and taurine. The drink has a Red Bull style flavor, which rapidly made us forget about any unique functional claims. It's drinkable, but certainly not unique. The outside of the can has the same problem, with a messy front panel that feels like your run of the mill energy drink. Overall, the concept of sustained energy seems like a decent one, but the execution of the flavor and appearance leave something to be desired.Reviewed on: 7/31/2008
