Like the other drinks in the Krank'd line, Fruit Punch contains a bevy of ingredients with the intention of creating a product that is truly functional. Unfortunately, this functionality comes at the expense of flavor, which is less than palatable. In addition, the product separates and when settled, has foam on the top of the liquid. These two issues should be corrected. The new label is more attractive than the original, but we think that this product needs to be in plastic if it's going to be taken seriously as a performance drink. 		Grape Category: Sports Drinks: Fitness Drinks; Packaging: 16 oz glass BevNET Review: Grape is the only flavor of the Krank'd lineup that didn't have visible separation -- definitely a good thing. The tartness of the grape flavor does a good job of hiding most of the functional ingredients, with the exception of a slight aftertaste to the finish. Still, it's the most palatable flavor of the Krank'd line. The packaging is decent, but not great, with our main complaint being the use of a stock glass bottle. 		Lemon Lime Category: Sports Drinks: Fitness Drinks; Packaging: 16 oz glass BevNET Review: Lemon Lime is the green colored beverage in the Krand'd brand. Like the other drinks in the Krank'd line, Lemon Lime contains dextrose, electrolytes & l-glutamine, tri-carbs, anitoxidants, and caffeine. While this might prove to be a well formulated functional product, it suffers from the same separation and foam problems that we witnessed in the other varieties. 		Orange Category: Sports Drinks: Fitness Drinks; Packaging: 16 oz glass BevNET Review: Krank'd Orange Citrus has, in our opinion, one of the most mainstream flavors of the brand. The orange citrus flavor has a mild, sweet body that is the most tolerable of the lineup. However, there's still an aftertaste to the product, which is less than pleasant. Regardless of the manufacturer's claims, we think there are two critical flaws to the product. First, it comes in glass, which is going to prevent it from being used in many places where consumers would be likely to use a product labeled "body fuel." 		Pina Colada Category: Sports Drinks: Fitness Drinks; Packaging: 16 oz glass BevNET Review: Krank'd Pina Colada is a bright yellow performance beverage with a mild, but sweet flavor. As far as performance beverages go, Krank'd Pina Coloda has a drinkable flavor with a noticeable aftertaste that's on par with other products in the category. The functional formulation (see the ingredients list for a rundown) contains only 18g of carbs and 75 calories, which is certainly a plus. Still, we think that pina colada flavor will appeal only to a niche audience. And as with the other varieties, we think they should consider moving to a plastic package. 0 User Reviews: Read | Post
