BevNET Review: Lean Body's Chocolate Ice Cream flavor is an enjoyable nutritional shake that is fortified with vitamins and protein. The flavor of the drink does, in fact, have a striking resemblance to the flavor of chocolate ice cream, so we're on board with their approach to naming the drink. As expected, the body is rather viscous, with small bits of what are probably fiber or protein. The chocolate flavor does an excellent job of hiding the aftertaste of the sweetener (sucralose and ace k) as well as the added nutrients. In terms of nutritional content, there are a bevy of them, with the most notable being protein (25g per bottle), fiber, and vitamins A,B, C,D,E, and K. Packaging is easy to read and intuitive, while graphic treatment is on par with what we'd expect from a product with origins in the supplement industry. The only change we'd suggest is the "On the Go!" subtext, which doesn't really add anything to an RTD product. Lastly, the closure is a bit tricky, with a plastic wrapped top that, at least in our trials, unraveled a good portion of the label. Overall, an extremely enjoyable product that should help this brand cross into mainstream channels.

BevNET Review: While our preference is towards the Chocolate Ice Cream flavor, this variety is a very close second. Delivering a pleasant vanilla flavor, protein, fiber, and added nutrients, this product is a good blend of flavor and nutrition. Like the other variety, the packaging is easy to read and feels credible, with the key benefits stated right on the front panel. They've used a shrink wrap label on a 14 oz bottle, which gives the product vibrant colors. However, it would be nice if the cap were a bit easier to open. Minor nit picking aside, this is an extremely enjoyable product.
