The sugar free version of Liquid Lightning is very similar to its counterpart with the exception being the use of artificial sweeteners (sucralose and ace-k) in place of what was previously corn syrup. Otherwise, the drink appears to be identical in composition and very close in flavor. That being said, it's an average tasting energy drink that doesn't offer anything that can't be found in other products. On the outside, the new look is definitely improved over the original, but we think they've added a bit too much text to the design. Plus, having the name "Liquid Lightning" makes some fairly obvious connotations to energy, so we don't think there's really a need to play up their "get struck" tagline.
