BevNET Review: Now with cane sugar, Merlin Energy Source is even better. This refreshing energy drink has a citrus-like flavor and a champagne-like color. It's some seriously good stuff. This potent beverage contains guarana and ginseng (like many other energy drinks), but it does not contain any added caffeine. The result is a very clean taste (it also resembles Champagne!) that is unlike many other energy drinks that have an overbearing caffeine taste.
