this can will keep you going all day with a good meal. you don't seem to crash hard the next day like other drinks. it seems to be cleaner or maybe because of the mass in the can not picking up impurities.

They are probabley no most deffinatley the best thing to ever hit us monster lovers. There the best thing there ever is and ever will be.... unless they come out with my idea that I already sent to them THE MONSTER KEG!!!!!!!!

I love the size double the regular 16 oz.! And 8 oz. bigger than the XXL! If you drink it fast, the energy kick is tremendous! I give it a 5 out of 5.
