Uh, sorry guys, but drinking an energy drink still has detrimental effects on your health even if the sugar's cut out of it. Guarana, l-carnitine, citric acid, taurine, and the artificial sweeteners really add up. The FDA doesn't regulate the amounts of caffeine and other stimulants in these drinks and there's no studies on the longterm effects of consumption. You should all seriously consider giving up this habit as it's potentially fatal (think ephedra) and wasteful.

I think all of the MONSTER flavors are great. But The best thing for me is dropping some weight by cutting back on sodas and drinking LO CARB. I drink one 24os can a day and I'm good to go for hours. LO CARB ROCKS!

Getting closer to the mark. Monster is my number one drink. I don't like the lo-carb because it seems to have lost some taste.
