BevNET Review: Featuring 4 shots of espresso per can, Dyno-o-Muud is Muud's high caffeine offering. It has a decidedly strong coffee flavor, which obviously isn't a surprise to us. There's a touch of milk to the finish, but it's definitely lighter than the other flavors of the lineup. In fact, if there's any room for improvement it's with the finish, which is a bit bitter. Otherwise, it's an enjoyable tasting drink that has a high quality feeling to it. Packaging is Muud's best to date, which is the result of the black and red color scheme making it pop out against the other four flavors. Lastly, we like the addition of the espresso shot counter on the side of the can -- it's nice to see a marketer that is honest and upfront about the amount of caffeine in their drink.Reviewed on: 7/24/2008

BevNET Review: Mocha Mud is a hip looking entry into the RTD coffee category that blends espresso, milk, and chocolate flavors. It drinks well, giving discernable notes of espresso followed by a rich and creamy chocolate finish. There's minimal burnt flavor, giving the product a taste that's better than most other products that it's up against. Packaging looks nice, with an edgy logo catches the eye but is a bit hard to read. On the other hand the "MOCHA MUD" text below the logo looks a bit plain and doesn't do justice to what otherwise appears to be a well planned design. Lastly, there's the name -- Mud. It's not a name that's naturally appetizing or appealing, but it is short and simple to say. Overall, excellent taste and above average appearance.Reviewed on: 7/24/2008

BevNET Review: With its copper red colored can, Original Mud has the most appealing appearance of the lineup. The flavor is enjoyable as well, delivering a sweet, rich milky body that finishes with a nice dose of espresso flavor. There's a slight note of burnt milk flavor, but it's on par with other products in the category. As previously stated, packaging is attractive and our only reservation is the market's reception of the name "Mud." BevNET Review: The final flavor that we sampled was Vanilla Mud. Historically, vanilla flavored RTD coffees are typically our least favorite due to the use of inaccurate vanilla flavorings. In the case of Mud, they've done a particularly good job, delivering a mellow vanilla flavor that complements that of the coffee quite nicely. It's a well balanced taste that has hints of milk, sugar, coffee, and vanilla -- just as consumers will expect to see. Overall, a great tasting product that follows in the visual styling of the other Mud flavors.Reviewed on: 7/24/2008
