Naked Coconut Water

BevNET Review: Using a base of coconut water, Naked’s Coconut Water + Mango Juice is one of the new flavored additions to their lineup of coconut water. The flavor isn’t overly sweet or flavorful, with the fruit flavors and coconut water tasting more like a from-concentrate product rather than one that is not (the packaging does not specify if it uses concentrate or where the product is made). Really, it’s hard to distinguish the flavors from the mix, with everything blending together into something that tastes washed out. All in all, there are other products on the market that deliver superior coconut water and fruit flavor to this one. Packaging is an 11.2 oz. Tetra Pak, which, as far as Naked Juice products go, is one of their less cluttered looking designs. The brand’s biggest asset is the Naked name, but we’d imagine that consumers who try this product as their first coconut water experience might not come back for more.
