BevNET Review: Watermelon Chill is a 100% juice drink designed to quench your thirst with the mellow taste of watermelon. We're pleased to say that this is probably the best tasting watermelon flavored product that we can remember sampling. The main reason is that they've managed to use the watermelon flavor sparingly, which results in something that's pretty true to nature. In addition to watermelon juice, there's white grape, lime, strawberry, and apple inside this bottle, giving the product a well rounded blend of fruit flavors to its finish. Packaging is attractive, but busy, and it does a nice job of whetting the appetite. Overall, this is one of the more memorable Naked Juice products to hit the market in years.

This is by far my favorite Naked. The sad fact of the matter is that my University took them off of the shelves. I was thrown into a whirlwind of sadness when I realized that I would no longer have a refreshing splash of cool watermelon, with a hint of lime that made my taste buds sing a harmony that echoed the subtle apple and grape juices and that bit of aronia just rounded the whole experience out. But I no longer will be able to experience such joy. :(

Disappointing

I am a huge fan of the Naked juices and was very excited when I saw the new watermelon flavor. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment with the first sip. Rather than tasting like refreshing watermelon I was bombarded by the overpowering taste of lime. Needless to say this will be my first and only purchase of the drink.

Excellent watermelon flavor, just right and not overpowering. Really nice honey-flavored undertone, although no honey in product-go figure. A very tasty and refreshing beverage.

When I saw this on the shelf a few weeks ago, I was ecstatic. I absolutely love watermelon and figured this would not be unlike just drinking the juice. When I took a sip, though, disappointment reigned king: The lime in the beverage mixes very poorly with the watermelon flavor. I feel that the other juices blend well with the beverage, but overall the clash of the lime with the watermelon simply ruins what could otherwise be a terrific refresher. It's an acquired taste, to be sure. Steer clear unless you're really willing to try something new!
