This is the best health / protein drink I have had in years. This can go head to head with muscle milk. But naked will win out because of all the natural ingredients.
My on and only problem is the price. In Manhattan it is $3.99 for 15oz.
I'm partial to banana and chocolate smoothies, but I find this Protein shake a lot better than the pina colada flavored one by Naked. I drink 1/3 at a time throughout the day and find that it keeps me full throughout the day!
