The juice guys have gone carbonated. Nantucket Nectars continues to innovate with the initial introduction of NectarFizz, a new juice drink that combines the health benefits of juice with the refreshment qualities of carbonation. The new line is packaged in 16oz proprietary bottles and is available in six flavors: Blackberry Fizz, Orange Mango Fizz, Pink Grapefruit Fizz and Raspberry Lime Fizz. NectarFizz represents the same Nantucket Nectars quality juice drink products -- all natural ingredients, sweetened with only can sugar and boasts 90 calories or less per serving.

BevNET Review: Being a berry flavored beverage, Blackberry Fizz has the strongest and most tart flavor of the entire line. It uses a mixture of blackberry and apple juices with other natural berry flavors. The result is that this product tastes like a mild, carbonated fruit punch. It's refreshing, but not our favorite flavor in this line. We'd enjoy it more if it were just a drop sweeter. Reviewed on: 10/8/2002

Cranberry Fizz

BevNET Review: Cranberry Fizz has the same great cranberry flavor as the regular Nantucket Nectars, but it is much lighter and more sophisticated. The addition of the carbonation helps to create a flavor that is not as tart as regular cranberry juice and overall more refreshing. Overall, we really like this product -- but it could stand to be just slightly sweeter.Reviewed on: 10/8/2002

Lemonade Fizz

BevNET Review: Lemonade Fizz is a nice alternative to soda or the full version of Nantucket Nectars Lemonade. This beverage is very light and has a very slight sweetness to its finish, which gives it a much more adult taste than many other carbonated beverages on the market today. Not to mention that this product only has 90 calories per serving.Reviewed on: 10/8/2002

Orange Mango Fizz

BevNET Review: Orange Mango NectarFizz is a good translation of Nantucket Nectars' most successful flavor, Orange Mango. The flavor is very light and fruity, with the majority of the flavor being the orange juice used in this product. You can also taste the mango, but it is more of an accent to the main orange flavor. Overall, this product is very refreshing -- definitely a must have if you enjoy Nantucket Nectars Orange Mango.Reviewed on: 10/8/2002

Pink Grapefruit Fizz

BevNET Review: Pink Grapefruit Fizz is a stellar product. Right from the start, this product has a flavor that will lure you with its light, refreshing fruit flavor. In addition, the carbonation helps to cut the potentially bitter flavor of the grapefruit. This product is the perfect combination of great packaging and a wonderfuly refreshing and light flavor. Raspberry Lime Fizz

BevNET Review: Out of any of the Fizz flavors, Raspberry Lime Fizz most closely resembles a traditional soda in terms of its flavor. It essentially has the same flavor as a raspberry lime rickey made at a sodashop. While others have tried to accomplish this, Nantucket Nectars is really the first to make a version of this product that has actual juice in it and it's not syrupy or sweet.
