The only nut milk variety of O2 Living that we sampled was this flavor, “Almond Envy.” It’s made with raw almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg, as well as dates, which provide the subtle sweetness that the product has. Compared with some of the other nut milks that we’ve tried as of late, this product has a fair amount of grit to it (likely because it was blended rather than made with a nut milk bag). Still, the flavor is, like their other flavors, very balanced in its flavor profile. The spices provide a nice accent, while the sweetness from the dates rounds everything out. If anything, a touch of salt might be nice, but where the product is currently at is still quite enjoyable. Nutritionally, the product has 410 calories, 12g of protein, 7g of fiber, vitamins and minerals as its key benefits. On the packaging front, this product feels slightly better than the others, but we say that mainly because the callout for protein and fiber is certainly something that is marketable. Still, we’d love to see the aesthetics of the label improved, starting with the brand name having a more dominant presence than it currently does. Overall, a nice-tasting product that would be a whole lot nicer if they can improve the look of it.
