The final flavor of Oat Works that we sampled was this one, Pomegranate & Blueberry. Like the other flavors, it's a 100percent juice blend that includes apple and pear juices. However, this particular blend also features raspberry puree (in addition to blueberry and pomegranate, of course). Fortunately, the tartness of the raspberry, blueberry, and pomegranate mask the apple and pear. However, this drink, which, like the other flavors, uses guar gum and xanthan gum, is a bit too thick to the point where it has gone beyond what you'd get from these fruits naturally. However, that can be explained by the added PromOat (oats make things thick, right?). For some reason, this is really the only flavor where we found ourselves thinking that we can taste the oats, but it's hard to pinpoint why that is. In any event, the mixture that they've created is quite enjoyable -- and the 2g of soluble fiber doesn't hurt either. From an appearance perspective, this is our favorite of the three, with the color of the liquid and the choice of label colors feeling stronger than the others. We honestly wouldn't change a thing about it. Overall, another solid flavor from Oat Works.
