BevNET Review: Omega Waters’ Berry breeze flavor is a zero-calorie flavored water that has been enhanced with vitamin c, vitamin E, B-vitamins, and 100mg of omega-3. Berry breeze lives up to its name offering a very sweet mixed berry flavor. Hints of raspberry and blueberry are present and enjoyable, while a blend of sucralose and ace-k provides a barely noticeable lingering sweetener taste. Omega Water is packaged in a tall and sleek looking 20 oz. PET bottle, which is a nice change of pace from the countless enhanced water products in more traditional stock PET bottles. The full wrap label is colorful and eye catching without being in your face. The purple band towards the bottom of the label holds the brand and flavor name well, while the purple gradient flowing through the bubble graphics is a nice touch with adds depth to the label. However, readability of the label and communication of the drink’s function could be improved. Overall, it’s a good concept that has been executed relatively well. Reviewed on: 12/19/2011

BevNET Review: Omega Waters’ Fruit Fusion is a fruit flavored water enhanced with amino acid omega-3 and B vitamins, vitamin C, and vitamin E. The “fruit fusion” flavor is refreshing with strawberry and cherry being the most notable fruit flavors that you can taste in the mix. It’s sweetened with ace-k and sucralose, a blend that typically leaves very little aftertaste (and leaves very little in this particular case). Fruit Fusion comes packaged in a 20 oz. PET bottle, which has a tall and thin vibe that seems appropriate for a product of this type. The full wrap label is bright and cheery, but the bubble graphics may confuse some into thinking this a sparkling water. Otherwise, the packaging seems sufficient, but not outstanding. BevNET Review: The Lemon Squeeze offering from Omega Water is an enhanced flavored water that is heavy – a little too heavy, actually -- on the natural lemon flavoring. The product is sweetened with a blend of sucralose and ace-k, which stands out more than it does in the brand’s other flavors. Reducing the lemon flavoring or finding one that’s less bitter might help. The product comes in a tall 20 oz. PET bottle with a full wrap label. The blend of yellow and green make it obvious that this is a lemon flavor – no need to read the text. The Omega logo that peaks into the clear portion of the label also lets the drinker know exactly how much omega-3 is inside the bottle (100mg). Overall, Omega enhanced waters are a decent concept, but the lemon flavor is a bit overbearing and may be a turn off to consumers who are used to lightly flavored waters.Reviewed on: 12/19/2011
