BevNET Review: From a flavor point of view, this stuff is pretty decent, which is certainly a plus considering that many energy shots really have to be forced down. In this case, On Go has put a sweet and tangy orange flavor in this variety, which masks the functional portion of the shot. It's sucralose sweetened, which keeps the calories low, and there's only a bit of sweetener aftertaste. On the functionality side, the product has the classic energy blend of caffeine, ginseng, and taurine, while mega doses of B vitamins and added amino acicds are also in the mix. Packaging is improved over the previous version, with a cleaner color scheme which makes it easier to read the text on the front of the bottle. On the other hand, this product's using the same bottle as hundreds of others, which could make it seem commoditized. Overall, nice flavor and decent kick make this a worthy entry to the On Go lineup.Reviewed on: 11/14/2008

BevNET Review: The Lemon Lime variety of On Go Energy shot is, at least as far as energy shots go, a fairly pleasant tasting entry. With "about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee", this product has some kick, but it's nothing too extreme. Like many of its competitors, the product uses a sugar free formulation (sweetened with sucralose) and a cocktail of vitamins (including a mega dose of vitamin B12). All of this results in a near immediate of energy and a fair amount of "energy" aftertaste. Packaging is clean and crisp, with a look that's a bit more subtle than the competition. The result is something that feels less intimidating than competing products -- definitely a good thing in our book. Overall, a nice entry that is definitely worth a try.Reviewed on: 11/14/2008

BevNET Review: Berry Blast has a bit more aftertaste than the Lemon Lime flavor that we also sampled, which is mainly the result of not having the acid to help cut the artificial taste of the sucralose. Otherwise, the product's formulation is identical to its counterpart in terms of functionality. Packaging uses a purple hue, which is equally appealing as the yellow of the Lemon Lime.
