Unbeetable is a blend of cold-pressed carrots, beets, ginger, celery and lime that has been bottled and high pressure processed. The flavor of this product is about as “classic” as cold-pressed juice comes, with this particular blend definitely a staple for just about any juice bar. OnJuice’s bottled version tastes quite good, with nice balance between the beets and rest of the ingredients. Carrots and celery help cut the natural sweetness of the beets, while added ginger gives it some heat to the finish. The acidity of the lime is a nice change from the more commonly used lemon, adding only a subtle note of acidity to the body of the drink. All in all, this is one of the more enjoyable and easy to drink beet-based juices out there. Visually, this product is -- thanks to the purplish color of the liquid -- easily identifiable as a beet juice. However, we’d like to see the name of the product, “Unbeetable,” moved to a more prominent location. This would infuse a touch of personality the otherwise very technical-looking product. Otherwise, the design is clean and straightforward. Overall, we really like what OnJuice has done with this flavor.
