Sure it's natural... Those balls just float there on their own (OK, it's supposedly due to the fact that the balls and the liquid part of this beverage have the same density). The liquid part of the beverage has a barely acceptable berry-like flavor. The addition of the balls, however, make this a completely unpalatable beverage.
