Oregon Chai is a concentrated chai beverage that only requires one more ingredient -- milk. We suggest using soy milk (this being our favorite) or whole milk for best body, but it can also be made with lowfat or skim milk. Either way, the result is the same: a great cup (or glass) of chai. It has a strong, spicy ginger flavor, which is well complemented by vanilla bean, honey, and raw sugar. Oregon Chai can be served hot or cold, depending on what sort of mood you are in. Once again, no matter which way you choose to make it, the outcome is still highly refreshing.
