BevNET Review: Coke has Vanilla Coke....so now there's Pepsi Vanilla. Fortunately, Pepsi did something right with this product as it does not taste nearly as bad as Vanilla Coke. Instead, this product has a stronger, more natural tasting vanilla flavor that gives it much more of a soda-shop feeling. Sure, there are better sodas out there, but as far as Pepsi Cola products go this one is among our favorites. What would we love to see?...How about a retro-styled Pepsi Vanilla in a glass bottle? We know that won't happen, but they could really do a lot better on the packaging as the high-tech blue gives this product a chemistry lab feeling. Overall, one of the better Pepsi products to hit the market.

I'd hate to take away one star but I have to because it imitates Vanilla Coke. However, Pepsi Vanilla tastes much creamer and it has less of an aftertaste. Way to go, Pepsi!

I am not a fan of the Vanilla Pepsi, however I do like Pepsi. To me if leaves a weird after taste. I prefer Vanilla Coke because it has a much more crisp taste.

I love Pepsi Vanilla! I would drink this over Vanilla Coke (eeewwwwweee) anyday! I just wish they would make it available in 6 pack bottles.

It's hard to believe Pepsi/Diet Pepsi Vanilla will already be out 2 years this August because to me it remains one of the richest-tasting sodas out there & I'm still hopelessly addicted to it (although now there's plenty of Pepsi's brand-new and equally excellent Pepsi/Diet Lime (awesome stuff), Coke/Diet Coke with Lime, Diet Coke with Lemon, Vanilla Coke, and Aruba Jam Sprite Remix sharing the fridge.)I enjoy Vanilla Coke plenty, but I think Pepsi Vanilla is many steps above it. The vanilla taste is much richer & smoother, has a more frothy mouthfeel, and has a much richer aroma as well. The diet version is just as tasty (which is a good thing because I drink it often). Vanilla Coke is good but it's very different than Pepsi Vanilla. The higher acidity that gives regular Coke its trademark 'bite' works against it in the vanilla version, giving it a sharp-ish undertaste that compromises the smoothness that a vanilla cola should have. Pepsi Vanilla has no such undertaste. I's a rich and delicious treat...

Pretty much an exact copy of vanilla coke. This is why I hate pepsi. They copy all of Coke's ideas.

I love vanilla Coke, but this product tastes like regular pepsi, but even more watered down. this is the worst vanilla soda I've ever tasted
