BevNET Review: Sugar Free Pit Bull is a new addition to the Pit Bull brand that has a surprisingly good taste. The flavor is relatively sweet and doesn't have a ton of aftertaste -- which is always a major plus for sugar free energy drinks. The updated packaging feels slightly less edgy than the original but doesn't have a bland "diet energy drink" feeling (e.g. white can and washed out taste) that we so often see with sugar free versions. Instead, Sugar Free Pit Bull is pretty true to the original and won't disappoint consumers that are new to sugar free beverages. The blend of ace-k and sucralose definitely gets the job done. BevNET Review: Pit Bull is one of the few energy drinks on the market to use a unique and palatable flavor. We'll get right to the point -- we love it! The taste is a clean and crisp sweet lemon lime beverage that has a nice bite to it. We also admire the Hip Hop Beverage Corporation for creating this product in the US (as opposed to the many that are made in Austria for no good reason whatsoever). Overall, Pit Bull is a refreshing and energizing product that is definitely a nice break from the many medicinal energy drinks that are on the market today.Reviewed on: 10/23/2003
