BevNET Review: Made for the release of the Matrix Reloaded movie, Matrix Reloaded powerade is a special edition variety available in summer 2003. Featuring a proprietary 32 fl oz bottle wrapped in a Matrix themed label, this product offers a unique flavor with a light green color. It's a decent flavor, as far as Powerade goes, but it's a tad bit washed out for our panel's liking. Our guess is that it's a slightly tweaked version of their citrus flavor. We do, however, like the custom shape of the bottle, but we did not test it enough to determine if it would be more convenient than the standard round packaging used on the other flavors. Overall, a decent product that may sell well around the time of the movie launch.
