Matrix Reloaded Powerade

BevNET Review:
Made for the release of the Matrix Reloaded movie, Matrix Reloaded powerade is a special edition variety available in summer 2003. Featuring a proprietary 32 fl oz bottle wrapped in a Matrix themed label, this product offers a unique flavor with a light green color. It's a decent flavor, as far as Powerade goes, but it's a tad bit washed out for our panel's liking. Our guess is that it's a slightly tweaked version of their citrus flavor. We do, however, like the custom shape of the bottle, but we did not test it enough to determine if it would be more convenient than the standard round packaging used on the other flavors. Overall, a decent product that may sell well around the time of the movie launch.

Lemon-Lime thirst Quencher

BevNET Review:
Truly the worst sports beverage ever concocted. No taste. No flavor. Nothing. Why drink this? It claims to have more electrolytes and carbohydrates than Gatorade, but that means nothing to us here at the BevNET. Lemon-lime? Where? To us, this is just bright green water. Its nasty. Don't waste your money. The only thing else to say is that we feel quite sorry for the U.S. (and all others) Olympic team, since it is the official beverage of the Olympic Games.

Tidal Burst flavored thirst quencher

BevNET Review:
This flavor of PowerAde is by far the best. It is the only one that actually has flavor. The label describes it best: "A Mouth-blasting Blend of Sour Fruit Flavors." It does taste kind of sour, yet sweet. It still is no where near Gatorade.
