This new Pressed Juicery variety, which is called "Green Chard, Mustard Greens, Turnip Greens, Spinach, Apple, Lemon, Coconut H2O, Jalapeno,” is one that is very much in the wheelhouse of what Pressed Juicery is known for: green juice. Despite the liquid being very dark in color, this one is actually quite light tasting. Having coconut water at the base is certainly a key contributor, which in effect waters the product down while also adding electrolytes. Still, there’s plenty of flavor from the greens, although their bold flavors are definitely cut by the coconut water. From there, you’ll taste the apple and lemon along with the spice from the jalapeno. Ultimately, we really like the approach that Pressed has taken with this one. It has all the flavors that you’d find in a heartier green juice, but they’re delivered in a much more palatable form that is very much gulpable. Nutritionally, this product is low in calories and sugar (100 calories and 6g of sugar per bottle), while also loaded with vitamin A, C, K, essential minerals, and antioxidants. Packaging looks the part of a cold-pressed juice, with a square-shaped 16 oz. bottle, a white label that lists the ingredients, and a dark green backdrop from the liquid. We would, however, like there to be an expiration date and some sort of statement with regards to the processing of it. Overall, a nice line extension to the Pressed Juicery lineup.
