Raaw: Carrot Lemonade

BevNET Review: RAAW’s Carrot Lemonade is actually a blend of carrot, pineapple, apple, and lemon juice, which makes for a more complex flavor that the name implies. The complex flavor mutes the carrot flavor a bit, especially with the more powerful flavors of lemon and pineapple in the mix, so in that sense, this product doesn’t have a particularly vegetal -- flavor, making it a more marketable product from our point of view. Ultimately, this product’s flavor is quite palatable and well balanced, especially when comparing it to other super premium juices. On the outside, they’ve done a really nice job as well, using an attractive 16 oz. PET with vibrant graphics. The name “RAAW” is pretty easy to understand, while images of carrots and lemons help create the sense of healthiness that the marketer is going for. Overall, a very well-executed product.
