BevNET Review: EX2 is a new energy drink marketed under the Rawlings brand name. Best known for its line of baseball sporting gear, Rawlings should appeal to boys and young men familiar with the brand. EX2 has a good citrus/passion-fruit flavor that is very sweet (32 grams of carbs per serving). The drink contains ginseng and guarana, as well as creatine which is made soluble within the drink through a patented process. We enjoyed this drink although we wonder whether the Rawlings brand name will translate into a successful beverage. Still, we like the look and, more importantly, the taste of this product, so we think that it has a good shot.

I love energy drinks, and I bought one can of this a while ago since I'm a HUGE baseball fan so I really couldn't pass it up lol It's the size of a Red Bull can, but it honestly tastes like dirt. The only reason why I gave it 4/5 stars was because of the energy it gave you. It gave me the most energy out of all of the energy drinks I've tried. I'd like to find a case somewhere, but I doubt it since it's been discontinued

As an active person with diabetes, my glycogen replenishment needs are more complex than the average athlete. I need to give specific and concentrated glucose replenishment at just the right time and in a measurable quantity. The EX2 drink goes down quick and tastes great and provides me with the boost I need while training and competing. I have added confidence in my ability to perform with the use of this new product. I have also learned that the creatine boost from this product may also be responsible for some of my performance enhancements. I am hopeful that more people with or without diabetes will benefit from this product.
