BevNET Review: Red Eye Classic is the dessert wine of energy drinks. Featuring a whopping 49.5 grams of carbs per 12 oz bottle, the product is almost shockingly sweet. It has a berry-like flavor which is strongly influenced by its guarana extract content. In general, the Red Eye drink contain 106 mg of caffeine per serving, slightly above the average caffeine content for energy drinks. Red Eye Classic would make an ideal mixer for an alcohol based drink. Beyond that, we think most adults will find Red Eye Gold to be far too sweet.
