BevNET Review: Using Ace-K and sucralose instead of sugar/corn syrup, Diet Rockstar does not taste bad compared to the original. In fact, it tastes quite good as far as energy drinks go. However, the one thing that we want to consider is the use of the word "diet" on the can. For some reason, the phrases "Party like a rockstar" and the word "diet" just don't mix. We're very curious to see how product will do compared to the other sugar free energy drinks. As far as taste goes, this one definitely ranks among the top when it comes to taste.

I do not like the taste of tea or coffee so the Diet Rockstars are awesome first thing in the morning before a workout. They taste great. The Diet Rockstars contain Sucralose and no Nutrasweet - anyone care to comment about that?

I didn't like it that much, the Rockstar Burner (aka Rockstar Zero Carb) is MUCH better and they are both only 20 cals for the whole can.

In my opinion this is the best energy drink on the market. A unique lightly sweet crisp flavor, that finishes extra smooth. The caffeine content and supplements are balanced well, high maybe, but its in a 16oz can. don't chug it, enjoy it over an hour or more. Stay classy white rockstar, stay classy

The diet Rock Star is the best tasting soft drink on the market, period. It isn't sickenly sweet or artificially fruity. It is refreshingly dry. I wouldn't load it down with artificial color - I hate that about Sobes and other soft drinks. People drink it for the taste and not the color. The beverage does have some added nutritional benefits. I consider this drink a "supplement" so use sparingly.

Horrible compared to others. Pefumey and disgusting taste and aftertaste. Incongruent with the rest of the line of drinks offered by them which I recommend highly. Seriously disgusting, like making me vomit.

Seems from the reviews that people either totally love it or totally hate it. My boyfriend bought it and loves it!!! Personally, I love the effect it seems to have on him. "My rock star" Needless to say, we've been having a lot of fun joking about this but seriously, I am sort of a healthy person, so to have a diet drink with great boosters like taurine makes us both happy.

I was violently ill with diarrhea last week and couldn't figure out the source.. it was so bad i had to go to the hospital for dehydration. Last night I had to work 3rd shift and grabbed a sugarfree rockstar before work [the regular size] and well, let's just say that now i know what it is that was that caused it the first time.. cause it happaned again! GREAT PICK if you want to loose weight....fast.
