BevNET Review: If you've never never tried açaí, but have always been curious, Sambazon's Mango Uprising is a great product to start with. The This organic concoction is made with açaí, grape juice, apple juice, bananas and mangos, resulting in a smooth flavor that's sweet and wholesome. There's also Sambazon's trademark grit, which gives it that "freshly made" feeling in your mouth. Unlike many competing açaí products, Mango Uprising doesn't overwhelm your mouth with an over tart açaí body. Instead, this well balanced product was formulated in such a way that each fruit flavor can be distinguished from the others. Plus, they've thrown in some guarana, which adds a natural boost of energy. The packaging is clean and efficient, with a 10.5 fl oz bottle making it look distinct from the larger sized bottled used by traditional smoothie drinks. However, we do think that it would be prudent of Sambazon to put a bit more emphasis on the energy boosting ingredients. Still, that's an extremely minor point for this superb product.
