BevNET Review: Speaking from a purely technical point of view, this is Sex Kola's best tasting formulation to date. Unfortunately it's not all positive from there. Abandoning its use of pinup style models, Sex Kola has instead used an actual model, who in this case is Dr. Victoria Nika Zdrok, an adult film actress among other things. We have no idea who this appeals to, but it cheapens the brand down to something that will, at best, be sold as a novelty item. Furthermore, the imagery and name "Sex Kola Thrust" breaks one of the oldest rules in food & beverage: the general public does not like to eat or drink things laden with sexual innuendo and imagery. Sex Kola had walked this line very carefully in the past, but this version finally crosses the line. Consider this along with the fact that this is a diet cola – a very difficult category -- and we think that writing is on the wall for Sex Kola.
