First, it's naturally low calorie by using the "moderation" approach to formulation and, rather than using diet sweeteners, they've used a very light touch of honey. The resulting flavor is simple in formulation, but complex in flavor, with the lemon and mint flavors complementing each other nicely. The honey hits your tongue on the finish, helping to offset the naturally bitter taste of the lemon. Packaging is simple and attractive, with bright graphics that are delivered in a tasteful and clean manner. Placement of the USDA Organic seal on the neck is a touch that should help as well. Overall, superb taste and attractive appearance make this one of our new favorites in the sparkling category.
