BevNET Review: Sioux City Sarsaparilla is very similar in flavor to the Sioux City Root Beer that is part of the same brand. The main difference is that the Sarsaparilla has a more creamy body to it. This being said, we prefer the Sarsaparilla over the Root Beer. Despite using high fructose corn syrup, this product has a very high quality taste to it. The sweet flavor is very satisfying and it has a nice vanilla-cream finish. The label features an attractive nostalgic theme. Overall, a well done product.

i have the root bear bottle that cost .5 with the cap with it, would like to know what year it is from ? brown bottle with the inprint of the the man at the bar open the door.cap is brow with white letters. but i have never had one to drink ,i like root beer dont think i have ever seen on in my town befor eather ty.

I'm a huge root bear drinker -- and this is easily the best-tasting I've ever tried. My only complaint is that it's so hard to find. I really wish it was closer to where I live in. That being said, it's worth the drive!

The classic sarsaparilla

The names sasparilla are sarsaparilla are sometimes interchangeable. Actually different from the sassafras tree, which root beer is made from. This is actually the only brand I know of that makes a root beer and sarsaparilla. Unknown whether they really use these natural ingredients. This is great with a meal.
