Sipp’s, latest flavor, Lemon Flower, is exactly the type of product that belongs in the company's line of organic sodas -- and we're happy to see it. Sipp has done a great job of taking a flavor that’s classic at its core and elevating it with elderflower and tarragon. The resulting mixture is balanced, flavorful, and light in the mouth, with just the right amount of each flavor. The light floral flavor tempers the sharpness of the citrus and the agave that Sipp uses to sweeten the drink. All in all, this is a very well-executed and extremely enjoyable formulation, which, as an added bonus, contains only 100 calories per 12 oz. bottle. Visually, the product is polished and sophisticated looking, which is a nice improvement over its original design. If there’s anything that we’d tweak it would be to have some subtle callout to the product’s 100 calorie formulation. Overall, a very solid addition to the Sipp lineup.
