BevNET Review: Black lemonade is one of the strangest of the Skeleteens. It has a very strange taste that burns on the way down. It sure is black, though. Its just herbal lemonade with a black tint to it. Very interesting. Be careful, though, it stains. This beverage is so trendy that it is rumored to be sold at Urban Outfitters... A superior beverage! Amazing, refreshing flavor.

Very strong - not sure I liked it at first. After finishing my first bottle, though, couldn't get enough. Very tart lemonade with a great kick to it. Nice energy boost, too. The whole office is addicted now!

This is the first Skeleteens drink I have ever had. At first, it had the lemony flavor that I would expect in a drink called "Black Lemonade" but as soon as I dranks it for the fourth time, the flavor changed. It had a sorta grapish/lemonish taste that burns your mouth and throat. It goes away in an hour but it's not severe burning. Overall, a top notch soda.

My favorite drink when I can get it

This by far my favorite drink when I can get it. It does have a slight lemonny taste, take the bite that you get from real grape juice and double it at least, probably triple. Very dry, it takes a little getting used to but once you do you want it every day. What more can you say it's black with the typical skull and crossbones poison symbol on it. I've had many a place try to tell me i could bring it in cause they thought it was achoholic, just from looking at it. now if I could only find a place in Houston that sold it.
