BevNET Review: One of the better beverages on the Skeleteens line. This one looks like lemonade or, according to Eat-Me Foods, urine. Either way, it still tastes great. This one is supposed to be some sort of lemon beverage. Not only does it have lemon in it, but it also has jalepeno. This is one of the few Skeleteens beverages where the jalepeno does not kill the beverage. It gives it a slight kick. This is one of the best.

About 15 years ago, Skeleteens was becoming popular in the area that I grew up in. I don't see it around anymore now, but back then I was graduating from high school and these were trendy. Some of them were ok, some were not. DOA was absolutely the best of the bunch. I would (and generally had to ) go out of my way for a drink of this. The taste was amazing! It tasted great, and after enough of them, it felt great (a combination of the caffeine and sugar, I imagine). I'd actually like to get my hands on it again.

Ok.. this is a cool, different drink. It MUST BE ice cold.. and ROCKS with Gin. Yeah.. whats the point of all the herbal stuff if you dont add alcohol. Only thing I am upset about .. is I didnt order enough to mix up a Gin and DOA at my last Halloween party.. and see what it looks like under a black light. Well.. maybe I will order a bunch for this Halloween...

Citrus, but too much added acid (citric? malic?) to really taste the beverage.

D.O.A. is very similar to Black Lemonade, the same kick and burning, but a more sour lemon/orange concoction. You can't really taste the orange but it's there. A great beverage!
