Manufacturer's Brand Overview: [Edit]
Snapple's new line of functional fruit drinks and teas takes the premium beverage category to a new level.

Atomic
Category: Juice: Juice Drink; Packaging: 20 fl oz glass
BevNET Review:
Atomic "jacked apple" is hands-down the best flavor of the entire brand. It has a very nice apple cider like flavor that is made with 10% juice. Sure, the pink color makes it look like some sort of chemistry lab concoction, but it's not so strong that it colors your mouth or leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Overall, this product is good stuff. Not the best in quality, but as far as Snapple products go, you'll be hard pressed to find one with better apple flavor.

Meteor
Category: Juice: Juice Drink; Packaging: 18 fl oz Metallic Packaging
BevNET Review:
Meteor is the best of the new Elements flavors from Snapple. This flavor offers a citrus "tangelo" flavor made with 10% juice. After combing several energy drink type ingredients, including ginseng, guarana, and caffeine, we are left with a flavor that has a bit of kick. While the overall flavor of this product has a bit of a syrupy consistency, the taste is still pleasant enough to give this product a try. In addition, the use of the proprietary metallic bottle definitely adds to the overall appeal of this product.

Spark
Category: Juice: Juice Drink; Packaging: 20 fl oz glass
BevNET Review:
Spark is a "Mandarin Carrot" is a relatively flavorful fruit beverage -- but it doesn't taste anything like mandarin oranges or carrots. This product, which contains 10% juice, has very little juice flavor to it. Despite this fact, the flavor is still relatively flavorful as far as 10% juice products go, but it still needs a bit of refinement to be a truly superior product. In addition, in our tests, the proprietary glass bottle definitely helped increase the appeal of this product. Worth a look, but there are better products out there.

Sub-Zero
Category: Juice: Juice Drink; Packaging: 18 fl oz Metallic Packaging
BevNET Review:
Sub-Zero is a "siberian cherry" juice drink. Basically, it has 10% juice, high fructose corn syrup, and cherry & pear juices that have been combined with several ingredients that are typically found in energy drinks, including caffeine, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, and guarana. The resulting beverage may offer energy enhancing characteristics, but it basically tastes like a juice for children. The only thing that we find truly innovative about this product is the package -- which will definitely help close impulse sales.

Turbulence
Category: Juice: Juice Drink; Packaging: 20 fl oz glass
BevNET Review:
Turbulence has a very familiar flavor to us -- specifically, yellow Starburst candy. We're not quite sure what "shredded lemon" is, but this product basically tastes like candy in a bottle (as we stated in the first sentence). Not sure what else we can say about this product. It's mediocre at best.

Fire
Category: Juice: Juice Drink; Packaging: 18 fl oz Metallic Packaging
BevNET Review:
Now with a metallic package, Snapple Fire is an interesting and refreshing beverage. Made with dragonfruit, pear, raspberry, strawbery, and lime flavors, this beverage has a sweet berry-like flavor. As for the herbal/functional elements of this flavor, Snapple Fire features Ginseng, Guarana, and Ginkgo Biloba to provide a natural energy boost. Overall, a decent beverage -- the flavor is refreshing, but not too original. Great packaging is definitely a plus.

Rain
Category: Juice: Juice Drink; Packaging: 18 fl oz Metallic Packaging
BevNET Review:
Rain is one of the most refreshing quality beverages from Snapple to date. This beverage, which features the nectar of agave cactus and enhanced with Ginseng, Agave, and Astragalus. The resulting taste is absolutely refreshing. It has a very light berry-like flavor that is sweet, yet subtle. Overall, a top notch beverage with a great taste and replenishing powers.

Sun
Category: Juice: Juice Drink; Packaging: 20 fl oz glass
BevNET Review:
Snapple Elements Sun has a very interesting taste. While the label claims that it is a "juiced berry banana" beverage, we find the flavor to be very similar to a chewing gum flavor. It's an OK taste, but very hard to describe outside of the gum reference. You can taste some of the flavors, such as the milk and banana, but the strawberry is very hard to taste. There are just too many flavors in this product -- it's quite a concoction.
